Stand in a circle. Put your arms on the shoulders of the person next to you. On your signal, the group takes one large unison step forward. After everyone takes the step, tell them to take another giant step toward the center. After the group quiets down, tell them to take one more big giant step. It can't be done, but it's lots of fun.
