FAKE LIQUOR

Writer: Laurie SwigartLaurie Swigart

We usually end up with watered-down flat sodas for most of our alcohols onstage. In case of red and white wine onstage, we used Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper for red and Diet Ginger Ale for white (we had patrons actually up on the stage tasting the liquid after exclamations of how real it looked!). For the ones who didn't like soda (or the drink had to be thrown/spilled on a costume/set), we went for watered down tea or fruit juice (again, actor and color preference varied on each show and PROMPT spot cleaning when the actor came offstage).
